Participants are responsible to arrange insurances for individual health service, accidant, travel risks, liability against third parties e.a. on their own.

 

Program and/or Social Program items as announced, may be changed or cancelled by organizers without creating any right to indemnification or compensation. Social tours which are subject to an extra booking fee, will be reimbursed in case of cancellation by organisers upon low interest.

 

Participants generally agree to the publication of photographs as taken during the event and presentations given at the event on any website reporting about the event without individual pre-information.

 

All presentations will be uploaded for public access to the website of the event and to the website of the meeting in pdf-format. In case you do not agree to this policy, please indicate this in an email to the organisers in advance.
